Adam is deeply involved in supervisory boards and angel investor networks. As CEO of a Life Sciences-focused fund management company since 2014, and co-founder of LSI and Scanderia investment funds, he has successfully funded 36 Life Science projects. Currently, he chairs the Supervisory Board of RITS Professional Services.

Lukas has been serving as the President of RITS since 2013. His leadership and new business strategies development skills have been pivotal for the company, particularly through the establishment our presence in Asia and collaborations with industry giants like DocuSign and UiPath.

Paul - With over a decade of experience in relationship-driven sales across the U.S. and U.K., Paul specializes in IT services for fintech, financial services, and renewable energy sectors. As CBDO USA, Paul focuses on expanding our presence in Dallas, Texas, and fostering long-term client partnerships.

Sarosh is leading Global Sales Development at RITS, overseeing initiatives across multiple regions. Based in New York, he is responsible for client introductions to our Executive Sales team, ensuring prospects are connected with the right resources. Sarosh is responsible for handling any queries related to RITS technologies and play a key role in building relationships that drive growth and success.

Chelsea has been working as a Client Success Manager at RITS since 2022, specializing in US accounts. She focuses on helping clients achieve their goals through best practices and effective strategies, optimizing performance, streamlining operations, and building strong, long-term partnerships.
